Environmental Policy
Our Canadian manufacturing and distribution centers support Datamark Systems’ corporate environmental initiatives. Our commitment regarding environment protection is clearly reflected within all activities deriving from the production and distribution of our Customer’s business documents.

Manufacturing operations anticipate process efficiencies and are guided by the belief that this can be achieved while minimizing any potential negative environmental impact. As a minimum, each of our manufacturing centers will meet existing Canadian environmental legal requirements. In addition, new environmental management programs are introduced to assist us with the integration of process changes as we introduce new technologies into our workplace. The personal implication and cooperation of all our employees are indispensable to the successful application of our program.

	Committing the necessary resources to maintain the integrity of our program
	Keeping our employees informed as to the impact of their work on the environment
	Respect existing governmental environmental rules and regulations
	Minimizing the use of hazardous materials within our processes and disposing of them in a secure and fully compliant manner
	Minimizing the risk of any potential accidents that could result from the handling of hazardous materials, provide secure storage facilities and enforcing pertinent ongoing emergency procedures
	The reduction of solid production waste while promoting recycling whenever possible
	The efficient use of energy,water and all other raw materials used in our manufacturing processes.
