We are pleased to announce that the sale of Komunik’s operating assets has been finalized. 4488385 Canada Inc. (doing business as DATAMARK SYSTEMS) has commenced its operations today.

Behind Datamark is a team of talented, dedicated and experienced business professionals led by Mr. Terry Pomerantz of TRAMS real-estate development and Mr. Jeffrey Zunenshine, a former executive of Datamark Systems Group. The newly-formed company will continue to be based in Montreal, with locations throughout Canada. Datamark will operate under the newly formed executive and middle management team. The Company plans additional investments in the business, including improvements to fine-tune, stabilize and improve its performance and capacity.

The new management team will oversee the Company’s administration, human resources, sales and the entire production process to ensure that your needs in printing are answered promptly, courteously and in the most cost-effective manner possible. We are certain that we will continue earning the privilege of being your value-added, designated supplier for years to come
