Personalization has never been so easy, or so accessible! Our sophisticated computer-to plate technology allows users to personalize their documents online, view their proof and send off their request in a matter of minutes. This module has customized templates that allow for the personalization of standard forms, such as business cards, letterheads, notepads on top of full colour promotional items. Once again, this module can be available for many users to input information while remaining administrator driven.

Requisitioning
In just 4 easy steps, users can order what they require and receive a confirmation email detailing their order. While searching the catalogue, it is possible to view a picture of the document before ordering, ensuring that users order the correct item. Due to the varied access levels, users are able to requisition from a catalogue tailored to their needs. By effectively managing what individual users can order, boundaries can be created around sensitive documents so that they can only be ordered and seen by selected users. This control also has the benefit of greatly reducing the possibility of error while ordering, as a user can only order the documents relevant to his or her needs.

Billboard
The billboard is accessible for all users to view messages and restricted to certain individuals to write messages. It is a communication tool at your disposal and can be used to notify users about changes in forms, the arrival of new products or whatever information you would like to disseminate.

Reporting
Several reports are now available online, such as performance benchmarking, monthly billing, inventory management, usage by form or by branch, inventory analysis, document catalogue, and reorder reports. Security Profiles
All of our web-based services are administrator driven, allowing customers to retain as much or as little control as they choose. A built-in security level for each user’s access allows you to control what each user is allowed to order, limit where items are shipped and billed as well as what reports can be viewed. In addition, an approval system exists which allows you to set-up one or many users to monitor and approve the placing of orders – the perfect way to reduce your workload while still maintaining control.

In addition to on-line proofing and personalization, Postpress Web offers you the possibility of accessing your library of print-on-demand documents, conceived and indexed for digital print applications. Your print orders can be routed to different dedicated print sites, selected for your service convenience. |

E-Forms
Finally, Postpress Web will be the ideal tool which will allow your document Users to import electronic document versions for instant handling, desktop printing and / or routing. These documents can be prepared for stand alone, LAN or WAN applications as well.
